Screen Printing

Large or small, screen print is a great way to get volume runs of stickers or signs produced. It's still more cost effective than digital production and can be used for so many different products. We use this process to print many of our signs and stickers featured in our catalogues such as our Fire & Safety sign range, the Bar & Licensing notices and most of our Catering safety signs featured in our Catering Sign Essentials catalogue.

Dye Sublimation Printing

Sublimation printing is a procedure for transferring full colour graphics or photographs onto a wide selection of products. These include metal, ceramics UniSub plastics and products and glass items all specially pre-coated and therefore, sublimation receptive. Such as ceramic mugs, mouse mats, acrylic photo blocks, trophies, awards, high gloss aluminium photo prints and much more besides. We use this process to produce many products featured in our Sign & Display Solutions catalogue.

Pad Printing

Pad printing is an indirect photogravure process. An image is etched into a at printing plate and ink is flooded and doctored across the surface leaving ink only in the etch. A silicone rubber pad then presses down onto the etched plate and picks up the ink, which due to solvent evaporation has become tacky. The image is now on the surface of the silicone pad. Silicone rubber does not allow ink to penetrate its surface and therefore when the pad presses down onto the product to be printed it releases the ink as a clean lm. The range of inks and solvents used enable the inks to adhere to the surface after releasing the ink the pad is then clean and free to repeat the process.

We use this process to produce our range of (HIPS) high impact polystyrene, table numbers and notices. Featured in our Sign Essentials catalogue for Cafe, Bar & Restaurants and our Hotel, Guest House catalogue.

Engraving

We have a small computerised engraving machine suitable for engraving material up to a size 300x300mm. This machine is ideal for engraving: Name badges, Key Tags, trophy plates and general signage.

Hot Wire Line Bending

A sheet of thermoplastic material (e.g. acrylic, ABS, polycarbonate) is heated in a strip along its length. Due to the characteristics of the material, it becomes flexible when heated, allowing it to be bent to the required shape. Once cooled, the bent material retains the formed shape.

We use this process to produce our clear acrylic A4 & A5 Menu holders & Information displays. Featured in our Sign & Display Solutions catalogue.

Picture Framing

Our framing workshop offers a wide range of mouldings to enhance any notice, award certificate, canvas or photo print. You can see various frames featured in our Sign Solutions & Sign Essentials catalogues.
